Valley View Park in New Berlin

A 75-acre City of New Berlin park surrounding the eponymous valley. The view is indeed lovely. The northeast corner is entirely devoted to playing fields. The larger southwest section is more natural. An approximately mile-long trail loops around it all, coinciding with a disc golf course. On busy days, weekends and holidays, hikers will have to avoid flying discs. The trail can be used for cross-country skiing in winter. The large hill with the great view is perfect for sledding in winter.
Amenities include an archery range, ball diamonds, basketball courts, pickleball courts, two rentable picnic shelters, playground, restrooms, soap box derby track, soccer fields, and tennis courts.
For more information and rentals go to the City of New Berlin website.
