Penbrook Park in Hartland
Most of this 28.8-acre Village of Hartland park is a conservancy with a short paved multi-use trail and mulched walking paths. The terrain is hilly and the trails wind around a string of wetlands.
Access to the developed portion of the park in the southeast corner is at the end of Penbrook Way in Hartridge Subdivision. The trails are also accessible from Maple Avenue on the west edge. The Hartland Segment of the Ice Age Trail runs along Maple Avenue between Nixon Park and Hartland Marsh Preserve.
Amenities include a baseball field, basketball court, pickleball courts, tennis courts, playground, picnic tables, a rentable shelter, and portable restrooms (in summer).
