Homestead Hollow County Park in Germantown

A 105-acre park with woodlands and a restored prairie with native grasses and wildflowers. Recreational opportunities include relatively level trails for hiking and cross-country skiing (not groomed). The longest trail, around the perimeter of the park, is 1.7 miles. There also is a sledding hill and pond for seasonal fishing and ice skating.
The property previously was an old farmstead, which can be seen in the barns that have been converted and updated into reservable shelters.
Amenities include a picnic area, soccer fields, volleyball and basketball courts, playground, restrooms and an off-leash dog park – Homestead Howls.
Entrance fee or Washington County Parks sticker required.
