This 73-acre City of Racine park, part of a primary environmental corridor, is largely natural, including wetlands, woodlands, and open meadows. The Root River, which runs through the park, is very popular for fishing. A network of mulched trails winds throughout the park.
The Root River Pathway, a multi-use bike path, runs through a portion of the park and connects with adjacent Lincoln Park. Link to video of Root River Pathway by the Root River Council.
There is a parking lot at the end of W. High Street and also in adjacent Lincoln Park.
There are no amenities.
