Hike with us!
Project Director Eddee Daniel is available to lead guided tours in our wealth of nature. You have the option to join regular hikes, organized through Meetup.com, which are scheduled approximately once a month. Or groups can contact Eddee to schedule a private tour. All hikes/tours take place in state, county and local parks and privately-owned, publicly accessible preserves throughout the six-county project area.
If you already enjoy hiking and exploring or if our website has inspired you to take up the challenge, please join us. The emphasis is on exploration and discovery. All skill levels are welcome.
Regular hikes are organized through Meetup.com, which requires you to join in order to sign up for a hike. Membership is free. The group is called Urban Wilderness Explorers.
